The Rigid Belt System utilizes laser-cut thermoplastic- Tegris as the framework to create a lightweight, flexible yet rigid and stable platform to attach equipment, holsters and accessories. Constructed with superior material included D-Ring Cobra Buckle, Tegris thermoplastic composite material and Nylon webbing, plus exquisite workmanship, all of these create this unparalleled premium battle belt.

GENIUS COBRA BUCKLE WITH BIG D-RING The belt is equipped with a tried and true lightning quick release D-Ring Cobra buckle that meets ANSI and CSA standards as well as salt fog and blowing sand test certifications. The Cobra buckle has solid brass release clips. A tactical gun belt that is both strong, comfortable, stylish and professional enough for police gear, law enforcement gear, military gear and astronauts.

HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH The 2-ply nylon webbing belt (7000 lbs tensile strength) serves as the base, with a field of PALS webbing, laser cut from a rigid woven thermo-polymer. This ensures that your equipment is always secured to something rigid, while allowing the belt to remain lightweight and comfortable.

DOUBLE BELT SYSTEM The belt features an adjustable 2" width outer belt lined with hook layer inside, fully covered with laser-cut MOLLE slots. The inner belt has a Hook & Loop closure with a 1.5" width, providing infinite adjustability and fitting most pant loops.

COMFORTABLE FOR ALL DAY WEAR The Rigid Belt System provides optimal gear stabilization, managing all the kit we throw on the belt line while keeping the weight/bulk down. It is a low profile battle belt with a quick release cobra buckle.

SIZE INFORMATION The belt sizes are as follows: S fits waist 30-35", M fits waist 34-40", L fits waist 39-44", XL fits 43-49". To determine your size, use a measuring tape or a piece of rope/string and put it through your pant loops (while wearing pants) to get your exact waist measurement.
